About Fahrmeier Family Vineyards
Fahrmeier Family Vineyards is a family operated business where all of your family is welcome.
The winery is located atop Missouri River bluffs over looking our farm, providing scenic vistas and wonderful sunsets. The Tasting room is located in a 1930's era barn originally build for a milking barn. It has had many purposes over the years from housing our show cattle and pigs to everyday storage. We talking about starting the winery mom (Joan) had the idea to use the barn as the tasting room.
We are situated in Lafayette county Missouri, which as been know for a long time to have some of the most fertile wind blown soils in Missouri. The climate and soils in Lafayette County where are vineyards and winery are located are not only scenic but very productive.
